Guests Requirements & Responsibilities
- Please be considerate of other guests and/or neighbours. We would like you to enjoy your stay, but not at the expense of others.
- Unruly behaviour including but not limited to loud music will not be tolerated.
- We do not allow more than the specified persons as per booking to reside in our units unless arranged. Please notify us if you are having any guests over.
- Smoking and the use of smoking products/devices are not permitted in our units.
- Any damages/breakages/losses to the accommodation will be charged at replacement or restoration cost to the client.
The right of admission is reserved, we have the right to request that any guest leave the premises with immediate effect, should the need arise, due to disturbance, damage to property and/or unruly behaviour. No payments will be refunded at this time.

Check in and out times can be changed on arrangement.
Booking
A deposit is given to secure a booking. This booking constitutes a binding contract.
Safety & Security
Guests enter & leave the premises at their own risk. Please ensure all valuables are kept safe. We do not take responsibility for any loss, damages or injuries.
Services
Our units are rented as self-catering accommodation. Cleaning services are not included, but can be arranged.

Baie dankie Hester en jou span. Julle is goud werd. Ek het gedink ek gaan koud slaap, maar julle beddegoed is nie net snoesig sag nie dis lekker warm ook. Dankie vir die uitkyk en lekker skoon plek met als wat jy kan dink. Sal julle gou weer sien.
